Working Student Engine Services Sales Strategy (m/f/diverse)

You will be part of the Engine Services Sales Strategy Team where we work with our worldwide sales teams to serve our international customers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product owners, and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer engagement
• Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales strategy success and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Find improvement opportunities in sales processes, design potential solutions, and implement required changes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the sales strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand the target market and competitors
• Identify new business opportunities and determine the best approach to acquiring new customers

Fascination and enthusiasm surrounding the topics of aviation, engines, and sustainability are the key to unlocking the door to our international and dynamic team.

• Studies in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or comparable fields desirable
• Practical experience before or during studies desirable
• Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Experience designing presentations, especially in marketing or sales environments, desirable
• Experience with PowerBI or similar business analytics platform desirable
• Very good English language skills in both spoken and written form
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
